Thermal Destratification for Public Infrastructure

Large-scale public buildings struggle with air stagnation in high-bay volumes. Terrui 24ft (7.3m) HVLS fans address this by using PMSM technology to equalize internal climates silently, making them ideal for sound-sensitive libraries and offices. This system eliminates floor hazards like extension cords and portable fans while delivering a perceived 10°F (5.6°C) cooling effect in summer. During winter, the fans redistribute trapped ceiling heat back to the floor, cutting seasonal heating expenses by 30%. It is a long-term investment that maximizes existing energy while improving site safety for both staff and citizens.

Active Air Exchange for Service Bays and Plazas

Critical zones like firehouses and municipal service bays require high Air Changes per Hour (ACH) to dry equipment and clear exhaust fumes. Terrui negative pressure fans provide this active exchange, with performance ranging from the 71,000 m³/h output of 55-inch units (1,400W) to the massive 230,000 m³/h capacity of the 98-inch series (5,500W). In firehouses, this airflow prevents hoses from freezing and accelerates the drying of wet gear. Managed through the Terrui Connect IoT platform, these systems allow managers to automate ventilation based on real-time sensors, ensuring that public facilities—from service bays to crowded plazas—remain safe and operational in any season.
