The 86" exhaust fan is a high-volume ventilation system designed to displace stagnant air and lower temperatures in large-scale facilities. It utilizes an EC direct-drive permanent magnet brushless motor, a configuration that increases overall operating efficiency compared to standard direct-coupled beltless fans. The outer housing and frame are constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant fiberglass (FRP) for durability in agricultural environments. For operational safety, the unit mounts directly to the barn wall and features integrated steel protective mesh, making it suitable for continuous heat-mitigation workloads.

Direct-Drive Power System
This ventilation unit utilizes an industrial EC direct-drive motor connected directly to the hub. Air Extraction and Airway Management
The fan draws air out of the dairy structure to establish a negative pressure gradient. This volumetric displacement pulls warm, high-humidity air and ammonia gas out of the animal housing zones. The resulting air exchange prevents localized heat retention and aids in managing pest populations by removing stagnant air pockets.


Structural Materials and Components
The main shroud and housing are molded from industrial fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) to withstand exposure to organic acids and moisture. The air-moving assembly consists of six balanced aluminum blades that resist bending under aerodynamic load. This material combination prevents rust formation across all primary structural faces.


System Options and Automated Regulation
The rear frame accommodates standard shutters or roll-up door kits, and can be retrofitted with bolt-on discharge cones. The electrical terminal connects to external variable frequency drives (VFD) and automated thermal sensors. This allows the system to modulate output up to a maximum volume of 168,000 m³/h according to sensor inputs.
