Thermal Regulation for Production Efficiency
In high-bay manufacturing plants, heat traps and moisture accumulation are considered operational failures. Terrui 24ft (7.3m) HVLS fans eliminate these bottlenecks by equalizing vertical temperature gradients through destratification. This technical approach cuts winter heating costs by 30% and creates a perceived 10°F (5.6°C) cooling effect in summer, driving a 10% increase in total throughput. The gearless PMSM drive ensures maintenance-free operation while preventing the mechanical noise that disrupts assembly line precision.
Active Extraction for Humidity and Safety
Stagnant air leads to "sweating slab syndrome," increasing slip-and-fall risks and equipment corrosion. Terrui negative pressure fans provide active extraction, flushing out forklift exhaust and moisture-laden air. Performance ranges from the 71,000 m³/h output of 55-inch units (1,400W) to the heavy-duty 230,000 m³/h capacity of the 98-inch series (5,500W). Managed via Terrui Connect IoT, the system maintains high Air Changes per Hour (ACH) to ensure the floor remains dry and the workforce stays safe in any season.
